Provide direct patient care in a multispecialty setting, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate holistic care and optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Ensure the proper operation of medical equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining equipment inventories. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle multiple specialties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Current LPN license valid in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification required. IV certification preferred.
