Job Description:

research, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse III for our Short
Stay Surgical unit. This specialized role involves pre and
post-operative care for patients undergoing various surgical
procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety during brief hospital
stays. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about patient
care, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
for surgical patients. Monitor patient health and recovery,
identifying complications and coordinating with the surgical team
as needed. Educate patients and their families on post-surgery home
care requirements. Manage patient documentation and uphold all
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with
surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in continuous
education to keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in
surgical nursing. Strong clinical skills in a surgical setting
Excellent patient assessment and monitoring abilities Ability to
manage multiple patient cases simultaneously Superb communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic healthcare
records systems Medical Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
