Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-stress adult emergency setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records. Advocate for and educate patients and their families on health care issues creating a compassionate environment. Manage patient care with specific knowledge and consultation from the multidisciplinary team and specialized resources. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all protocol and standards. Proven ability to handle emergency response situations Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced, stressful environment High competence in following guidelines and procedures Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY State Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), preferred
