Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Utica, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,300 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position RN Supervisor – Long Term Care Pay Information $2,300 to $2,450 per week Shift Details Evenings - 5 x 8 hours About the Position Supervise and direct nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure quality and continuity of care. Provide hands-on clinical support and guidance to nurses and CNAs. Conduct resident assessments, monitor care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the healthcare team regarding resident status. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations. Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff through infection control and safety practices. Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in staff training and evaluations. Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes teamwork and resident satisfaction. Requirements Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience as an RN (Long Term Care required). Licensure: Active New York State RN License (required). Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Technical Skills: Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EMR systems preferred. Competencies: Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
