Flexible schedule Job Title: Phlebotomist Technician \ Phlebotomy
Technician Location: Saranac Lake, New York, 12983 Varying shifts:
6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 1:30pm-10pm Duration: 8 weeks
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required A science
background and phlebotomy experience Excellent manual dexterity and
customer service skills are required. BLS Certification Required
Performs phlebotomy procedures in a prompt, accurate, and reliable
manner following established departmental procedures in a safe
manner with minimal trauma to patient. Receives laboratory
specimens, including blood and body fluids, and processes samples
for Laboratory testing. Performs clerical and client service
functions for the Laboratory as requested. Compliant with all
safety standards and utilizes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
