Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,808 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/29/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Catheterization Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 or 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a catheterization lab. 2 years of experience in cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures. License: Current New York License required. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Moderate Sedation Certification preferred. Must-Have: Experience in cath and peripheral procedures, STEMI and STEMI call experience. Proficiency in interpreting EKG and hemodynamic pressure tracings. Experience with conscious sedation. IV experience required. Ability to travel and reliable attendance. Description: The position involves providing care within a catheterization lab environment. Staff members are available for emergency procedures during off hours, weekends, and holidays. The role requires positioning and immobilizing patients as per protocol. Continuous assessment of patient hemodynamics is essential. This includes performing conscious sedation and managing IV/IC infusions. Monitoring patient responses and alerting the physician to any changes is a critical task. Assist the physician in interventional procedures. Recovery of patients to Phase I is part of the responsibilities. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted upfront. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Personal scrubs of any color are permitted, but designs and cartoons are not allowed. Reliability and a patient-oriented approach are crucial for success in this role. A valid permanent address must match the driver’s license/state ID for compliance. Travelers from specific counties in New York will not be considered for this role.
