Pay: $2,446 to $2,566 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Middlebury, Vermont, 05740! Registered Nurse - Long Term Care Facility: Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing CRU MUST START ASAP - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER: 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start . RN for Helen Porter Rehab & Nursing: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review.
