Job Description Revolution Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Glens Falls, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Upstate New York Start Date: January 22, 2026 Location: Upstate New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, every other weekend, 4:1 patient ratio, 16-bed telemetry unit Highlights: - Primarily telemetry and cardiac patient population with adult to geriatric age range - Remote telemetry unit with emphasis on cardiac rhythm interpretation and documentation - Epic EMR system utilized across the facility - 8-hour non-billable orientation provided - Professional environment with flexible dress code (any color scrubs) - Overtime available at 1.25x multiplier Requirements: - Active New York RN license required - ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications current and valid - EPIC EMR experience mandatory - Minimum 3 years of RN experience in telemetry, cardiac, or medical-telemetry settings - Strong ability to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift - Completion of verbal de-escalation training (Welle or CPI) prior to start - Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred - Neuro or stroke experience highly preferred - Reliable transportation required - Permanent address must be outside designated local counties - 14-panel drug screen completion within 24 hours of offer acceptance - New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency license/registration certificate required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a specialized telemetry environment with a strong focus on cardiac care and patient-centered nursing.
