Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/29/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN – New York Start Date: January 29, 2026 Location: Glens Falls, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour orientation; 1-2 nights on-call per week as needed; weekend rotation every 4 weeks Highlights: - Work in a comprehensive Cardiac Catheterization Lab providing care to acute inpatient and elective outpatient populations - 24/7 emergency procedure support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians, RNs, radiology technologists, and cardiovascular technologists - Facility is transitioning to Epic EMR system - Perform both cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures including STEMI care - Requested time off must be noted at submission; maximum 5 days accepted Requirements: - Current New York RN License - ACLS and BLS certification required - Minimum 2 years current Cardiac Cath Lab experience required - 2 years experience in cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures - Cath and peripheral experience with STEMI and STEMI call experience required - Proficiency interpreting EKG and hemodynamic pressure tracings required - Conscious sedation experience and IV experience required - Moderate Sedation Certification highly preferred - EP experience highly preferred - Must have reliable personal vehicle - Must complete verbal de-escalation training from Welle or CPI - New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required - Permanent address outside specified restricted New York counties Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to work with a highly specialized cardiovascular team in a comprehensive lab setting where you'll make a direct impact on critical cardiac patients.
