Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,808 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/8/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Glens Falls, New York, 12801! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 4 10s or 5 8s (RN to pick at time of offer) Experience: Previous interventional radiology experience required License: Current New York License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience with adolescent and geriatric populations required Experience with procedural sedation, circulation, and recovery phase required Float required to cardiac catheterization lab Previous traveler experience highly preferred Description: COVID vaccinations are mandatory. Proofs must be uploaded with the profile. The interventional radiology lab provides care to both the acute inpatient and elective outpatient populations. Care is provided through an interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians, registered clinical nurses, and registered radiology technologists. Staff is available 24/7 for any emergency procedure during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include: - Angiogram of multiple systems - Peripheral revascularization - Placement and maintenance of hemodialysis catheter - Nephrostomy drainage tubes - Placement and maintenance of gastrostomy and jejunostomy tubes - Central line placement - Vascular access, including port placement and integrity - Pain management intervention - Paracentesis and thoracentesis - Pre- and post-care for patients having renal, liver, and lung biopsy - Carotid stenting The patient population is adolescent to geriatric. EMR used includes Cerner and McKesson. Dress code consists of hospital-provided scrubs.
