find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Glens Falls, New York,
12801! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Cardiac/Telemetry –
Upstate New York Start Date: January 22, 2026 Location: Upstate New
York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment, every other weekend required, 1:4–1:6
nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights: 16-bed cardiac telemetry unit
serving adult and geriatric populations EPIC electronic medical
record system in use Remote telemetry unit with focus on cardiac
monitoring and rhythm interpretation 8-hour non-billable
orientation provided Flexibility to wear personal scrubs in any
solid color Work with a 410-bed not-for-profit community hospital
holding Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval Requirements: Active
New York State RN license Current ACLS and BLS certifications
(American Heart Association) EPIC EMR experience required Minimum 3
years of RN experience Strong proficiency and experience on
Cardiac/Telemetry or Med-Telemetry units Ability to interpret,
measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift Previous
travel nursing experience highly preferred Neuro/stroke experience
highly preferred Must have reliable transportation and excellent
attendance record Completion of required crisis prevention and
de-escalation training 14-panel drug screen clearance Why It's a
