Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,275 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/22/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Telemetry/Cardiac Unit – New York Start Date: January 22, 2026 Location: Upstate New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, every other weekend required, 8-hour non-billable orientation Highlights: 16-bed telemetry/cardiac unit with 1:4 RN-to-patient ratio Adult and geriatric patient population with primary focus on cardiac/tele and med-tele care EPIC electronic medical record system in use Remote telemetry unit requiring rhythm interpretation and documentation twice per shift Flexible dress code – any color scrubs accepted (no designs or cartoons) Located in a charming riverside community with year-round cultural and recreational opportunities Requirements: Current New York State RN license (must be active at time of submission) ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) Minimum 3 years of RN experience required Strong proficiency and experience working on Cardiac/Telemetry or Med-Tele units required EPIC EMR experience required Ability to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms per department expectations Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred Neuro/stroke experience highly preferred Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) 14-panel drug screening required within 24 hours of offer acceptance Completion of crisis prevention/de-escalation training from approved vendor prior to start New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a distinguished 410-bed not-for-profit community hospital that holds The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval and is deeply committed to quality patient care.
