Job Description Job Description Our organization is seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Schenectady,
NY for the Weekend Shift . Evening or overnight shifts, as well as
full-time or part-time options, are available. We are excited to
offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Key Responsibilities: Oversee
resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing personnel
effectively. Create a supportive atmosphere for residents and their
families. Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and
staff, providing necessary information. Ensure a safe and hygienic
work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of
sensitive information. Oversee the documentation related to
resident care services. Encourage collaboration among healthcare
team members. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license. Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and
positivity as a Team Director. Familiarity with Electronic Health
Records (EHR) and prescribing software is preferred. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills are essential. Basic
computer proficiency is required. About Us: Our facility is a
