Stillwater, NY 12170 ??? Exciting Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity! A leading healthcare system in upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive team. Position Highlights: Monday–Friday schedule — flexible 4- or 5-day workweek No weekend clinic hours! Light phone call coverage (once every 70 days – RN triage takes first call) Telemedicine coverage 2–3 hours every 3 months Opportunity for teaching and precepting medical students or NP/PA students Participate in leadership or hybrid administrative roles if desired Collaborative environment with APP and full clinical support team Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000 (DOE) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in full on first paycheck!)
