Springfield, MA Duration: Full-Time Salary: Open (Depending on
experience) Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role
located in Springfield, MA. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will
provide high-quality primary care to patients, including conducting
physical exams, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans,
and prescribing medications. You will collaborate with physicians
and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Responsibilities also include patient education and
counseling, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating
in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications - Advanced clinical skills in conducting physical
exams, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans - Ability to
prescribe medications and manage patient medication plans
effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for
patient education and counseling - Proficiency in maintaining
accurate and detailed medical records - Ability to collaborate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals - Experience with
electronic health records (EHR) systems - Master's degree in
Nursing, along with relevant Nurse Practitioner certification -
Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts -
Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related field
is preferred - Commitment to providing compassionate and
individualized patient care
