Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years current Critical Care experience License: Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Willingness to float to Progressive Care Unit as needed Vent, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring experience required Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred TNCC certification preferred BSN preferred Description: Effective immediately, you must include your agency's Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all submissions. This license is required by the state of Massachusetts in order to staff for temporary needs. We cannot consider your submission without this license uploaded with your profile. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than five days of time off will be accepted; less time off is preferred. The unit size is 20 beds, and the patient ratio is 1:2. Personal scrubs of any color are permitted. You will be required to float to Progressive Care Unit as needed. Block scheduling will not be considered for this need. The traveler must have their own vehicle; this is a firm requirement. Work history, a skills checklist (pertinent to the position), and a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment must be uploaded with your profile.
