• Employment Type: TravelTravel Rate: $105, Radius: $100: 51-100 miles, Local: $95: 50 miles or less Assignment for 16 weeks. MS Tele: 12H Nights (7p-730a), 36H per week only;every other weekend min, exp as charge needed.Must have active NY license or proof of application in packet ,ACLS, BLS req., Tele exp required. License or proof it is in process must be included with the submission packet. If candidate does not have EPIC experience within the past 12 months they must complete 2.5 hours of EPIC training prior to start.Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.
