As a Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients who are coping with illness, injury, or other medical or surgical circumstances.Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rhythm, respiration, and oxygen saturation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient information and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careRequirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry
