Job Description:
Department/Unit: Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist -
E5 Work Shift: Night The Assistant Nurse Manager performs
coordination, planning, administrative management, financial and
operational duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing
Supervisor, Nurse Manager and Assistant Vice President of Specialty
Nursing Division. They mentor professional caregivers in the
delivery of patient care and facilitate patient access,
communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay. The
Assistant Nurse Manager provides leadership for direct patient care
provided by specialty nursing unit staff. They support the
development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs
and services consistent with the hospital's mission and
departmental/unit vision and philosophy. This role may require
access to sensitive information and workforce members are expected
to ensure information is adequately protected from unauthorized
access and modification. Salary Range: $80,151 - $132,249 Thank you
