Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is now available for an experienced New
York State licensed Nurse Practitioner in a hospital employed
position in our Occupational Health office located in Ellis
Hospital. The NP functions as a generalist provider to employees
without discrimination to age or gender in a collaborative
relationship with the Medical Director of Occupational Health using
agreed upon protocols. Through expert skill in a broad scope of
services, this person is a leader in the clinical management of
employees in the occupational health setting. Beginning with the
first encounter, the NP provides identification, management, and or
referral of actual and potential problems and strives for the
achievement of health maintenance and wellness. Continuity is
