We are currently hiring for a Sr Manager Manufactuing Planning and Project Management. Within this role you will strategically manage aspects of planning and project management within the Global Manufacturing organization. Your primary responsibilities are developing and driving a master project and change portfolio relating to bulk production within the Regeneron production network. This includes integrating project roadmaps and production plans into program and regulatory strategies, developing capacity and resource plans and alignment of plans with the business and it's leaders. A typical day might include the following: Leading all aspects of the planning and execution of projects and changes impacting the manufacturing operations Collaborating with the change owners, project managers, programs managers, production planners, QA change control, and supporting functions to ensure alignment and accountability to the master plan Working with leadership across IOPS, you will determine what are the strategic priorities of the site, relate changes and projects to those priorities, and develop high level plans for execution of those changes Identifying and implementing additional solutions in order to improve information sharing, publishing and reporting processes Assisting with production planning and the creation of production schedules based on supply chain, program, and project inputs Owning resource and capacity planning initiatives and working to seek improvement of these processes and tools Recommending capital expenditures and aids in the realization of capital projects Collaborating with cross functional teams through development of detailed implementation plans and developing communication strategies to advise the business of the what's, why's, and how's of the changes Ensuring that regulatory and supply strategies are aligned with the master change plan and collaborating closely with the project teams to ensure timelines and requirements are on target Crafting and tracking metrics to measure performance and identify ways to improve efficiency Preparing, distributing and communicating project status reports to management This role might be for you if you: Possess excellent communication and organization skills Demonstrate strong attention to detail Are capable of balancing multiple priorities Have the ability to influence peers and leaders in a tactful way Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can successfully connect with peers and superiors building successful relationships across the business To be considered for this role you must have a BS/BA in a related field and the following: Manager Level: 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
