will be based out of the Family Health Center on McClellan Street
in Schenectady, NY.

What you will do:
The Practice Manager is responsible for the planning, priority
setting, coordination and evaluation of programs of patient care
for designated patient populations. This includes the development
and ongoing monitoring of administrative and clinical systems,
which support patient care. The Practice Manager facilitates
collegial relationships between care teams. The Practice Manager
assumes responsibility for the management of human, fiscal,
material, and facility resources. The Practice Manager supports,
plans, implements and evaluates program goals, the policies of St.
Peter's Health Care Services and patient focused care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and ongoing monitoring of administrative and clinical
systems, which support patient care.
Facilitates collegial relationships between care teams.
Facilitates collaborative relationships between staff, providers
and residents.
Partners with Residency Program Manager to ensure alignment between
clinic and residency program operations.
Assumes responsibility for the management of human, fiscal,
material, and facility resources.
Support, plan, implement and evaluate clinic goals.
What you will need:
3-5 years successful management experience in a hospital or a high
volume medical office practice.
Experience with Residency Programs preferred.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Effective communication and writing skills.
A positive attitude!
Commitment to confidentiality and respect.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
Understand and embrace a customer service focus.
Ability to work independently, yet function collaboratively within
a team.
Associates Degree Required.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Management or related field.
Master's degree highly preferred
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
