Merchandising Overview Oversight of pharmacy operations with
responsibility for strategic business planning, financial
performance, and human resources management, patient centered
services, quality performance and regulatory issues. Ensures all
regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to through
regular process review, inspection and audits. Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for overseeing all
pharmacy operations to ensure maximum growth potential and sales
achievement. Responsible for developing merchandising programs that
enhance the company's pharmacy operations. Assist in recruiting and
selecting pharmacy personnel. Act as a resource to store operations
with regard to managing, licensing and opening new pharmacies.
Responsible for the development of pharmacy proforma statements and
new site selections. Perform other related duties as assigned by
management and adheres to all company policies and procedures.--
Minimum Qualifications Valid pharmacy license.
Valid driver's license.
Satisfactory performance reviews.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey
information both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve
desired results and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree (BS) Pharmacy.
5+ years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications ADDITIONAL
