Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our medical device factory and machinery. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing large, complex equipment in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and corrective action items on manufacturing machinery, facility systems, and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and process piping to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Complete repairs according to codes, standards, and best practices. Install, test, and support new machinery and equipment installations, as well as existing equipment upgrades. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Experience in PLC troubleshooting. At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Hands-on experience with multimeters, calipers, and gauges. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in electrical troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior industrial experience. Experience in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a tightly controlled, regulated environment following standards set by health and safety organizations such as the FDA, ISO, and DEP. The role includes a night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, ensuring critical operations continue smoothly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicopee, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
