Job Description:

C.T. Male Associates seeks a dedicated Renewable Energy Site Development Manager to oversee the development of green energy projects from inception to completion. This role involves project management, design oversight, and coordination between multiple stakeholders to ensure EPA and other regulatory standards are met and projects align with client expectations and sustainability goals. This position requires strategic planning abilities, a deep understanding of renewable technologies, and architectural expertise in order to deliver successful, eco-friendly solutions to our clients. Manage, develop, and oversee projects focusing on renewable energy including solar, wind, and other sustainable technologies. Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and architectural teams to design and execute project plans. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of environmental stewardship. Coordinate with surveying teams to accurately assess and plan project sites. Supervise and guide project team members, ensuring adherence to time frames and budgets. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes. Monitor technological and regulatory trends in renewable energy to propose strategic directions for future projects. Strong leadership and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies. Skilled in regulatory compliance and environmental impact assessments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficient in CAD, GIS, and MS Office Suite.
