companies around the world.As an--Engineer, Field Service--you will
be attached to the Customer Service Manager and your main mission
is to:--- --Primarily responsible for customer service activities
associated --with --modifying, --troubleshooting, diagnosing and
repairing of our equipment;--- --Represents CAMECA/AMETEK to the
customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with
serviceMAIN RESPONSABILITIESYour tasks will be to:--- --Provide
ongoing support for the instrument as preventive maintenance
visits, technical support and rapid response to problems in the
field;--- --Collect feedback from the users on the instrument
operation and report to the factory;--- --Promote our products and
service offer to customers;--- --Identify opportunities for product
development or need for new products;--- --Develop and maintain
positive relations between thecustomer and the organization;---
--Drive continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of the
service department;--- --Manage yours pareparts stock rigorously,
adapting it to your needs to satisfy your customers;--- --Use and
update and the administrative management tools made available to
fulfill your function;--- --Respect the safety rules of the
customers visited.This list is not exhaustive.QUALIFICATIONSYou
have:--- --Associates degree or higher in electronics or related
fiel dispreferred (military electronics training and/or years of
experience maybe considered in place of degree);---
--Specialization electronic, IT;--- --Familiar with the following:
electronics, computers, mechanics, reading drawings, vacuum
technology;--- --Minimum 4 years of experience working with complex
electro-- mechanical/High vacuum systems(egSEM,TEM,
semiconductorfabtools,etc);--- --Fluent English.GENERAL SKILLSYou
also have:--- Strong interpersonal skills;--- Good sense of
initiative;--- Autonomous;--- Efficient, rigorous, organized,
reliable, delivers quality work ontime;--- Teamspirit;--- Ability
to work well together in a multidisciplinaryteam
(R&D,Industrial,Production...) when needed.Business trips
