Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in program management and
customer service, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer
Relations Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Relations
Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Program
Management support team, ensuring seamless communication and
efficient processing of customer requests. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail,
and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Relations
Administrator Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Pay Range: Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm What's the Job? Utilize
customer websites to access, process, and respond to Requests for
Quotations, Purchase Orders, and inquiries on recurring orders
Process purchase orders for Program Managers as needed Serve as the
primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, internal teams,
and senior leadership, providing regular updates on program status
Ensure program compliance with all applicable regulations and
standards Lead end-to-end program management for assigned products,
ensuring on-time, on-schedule, and on-budget execution across short
and long-term programs What's Needed? Associates degree in business
or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and
experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong skills in scheduling, stage-gate processes, customer
engagement, and program financial management U.S. Citizenship
required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government
security clearance Ability to work independently and manage
