Job Description Immediate need for a talented Operations
Administrator . This is a 12months contract opportunity with
long-term potential and is located in New York, NY (Onsite). Please

interested. Job ID:26-09204 Pay Range: $31 - $32/hour. Employee

(depending on work location). Key Responsibilities: Complete and
submit proposal request forms, including labor, contractor,
expense, and profit estimates based on client proposals and
resource schedules Work with finance managers and project managers
to update revenue forecasts in Salesforce Support finance managers
with project expense accruals to maintain project profitability and
monitor overall financial health and portfolio performance Generate
and distribute standard project and financial reports to support
visibility into project status and performance Assist with fixed
fee and time & materials projects by coordinating time entry and
expense reporting; process corrections or transfers of billable
hours as needed Provide administrative support to the Finance
Manager and additional ad hoc project and administrative support to
staff Assist in post-project financial performance evaluations,
including maintaining repositories, preparing basic
dashboards/graphs, and supporting periodic reviews Prepare and
coordinate third-party vendor requisitions and purchase orders
Administer subcontracts and manage vendor relationships, including
tracking third-party vendor accounts Manage third-party progress
billing and subcontractor invoicing processes Handle UPS invoicing
for the Mission Critical Team and NYC office Order and track field
tools and equipment Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills: - "project coordinator", "invoicing", “finance”.
